It robs you of restful sleep and drains your energy. You have to give yourself a pep talk just to get out the door and face the day–or other people. 

You overthink, expect the worse and dwell on the negative until the negative becomes your new normal. 

But an anxious mind can be rewired and transformed. You just need the right tools to get you there.


The Anxious to Empowered program lays the foundation for a calm and resilient mind. 

We look at how all aspects of your health are impacting your mental health. 

Diet, nutritional deficiencies, hormones, gut health, inflammation, sleep quality, mindset, lifestyle and daily habits are all potential factors influencing your anxiety that need to be addressed.

How the program works

The program involves 4 sessions. During these sessions we will discuss the following topics: 

  • You’ll get a full health assessment to figure out which factors are contributing to your anxiety (for example, diet, nutritional deficiencies, hormones, gut health, inflammation, sleep quality, mindset, lifestyle, and daily habits). 

  • We look at past test results (if available) and discuss options for additional testing (if needed).

  • A customized protocol of natural remedies will be recommended to you–one that’s actually realistic for you to follow. 

  • We optimize your diet for better mental health. 

  • We work on mindset, daily habits and lifestyle changes that can have a lasting impact on your anxiety levels.

The initial visit is 1 hour long ($200) and follow up visits are 30-45 minutes long ($100-$150). These visits are covered under naturopathic medicine coverage if your insurance plan has it.  

Both virtual and in-person appointments are offered.
